Q: What is your background, including how you became involved in the Teddy Bear Stuffing Machinery?
A: Our Company originated in the textile industry in 2000. Since this time we have developed and patented a one of a kind teddy bear stuffing machine. Therefore, we are proud to introduce Fiber Products Northwest. During our development and design process, we have also developed out KITS machine. KITS refers to our Kids Interactive Toy Stuffing machine. The children can put fiber into the machine from the newly developed side panel and press a button causing a wind tunnel to take the fiber in to the main hopper. !
Q: What type of customers do you supply?
A: We provide both Franchise and Independent entrepreneurs with our high quality machinery.
Q: Approximately how much does it cost to purchase Fiber Products Northwest items?
A: Pricing for all products is posted online pricing can vary depending on each machine and the custom features added to each machine. A shipping and handling charge, as described below will be added at the time of purchase.
Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Upon order confirmation, you will receive a shipping estimate.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Typically a machine takes 3 - 4 weeks to fabricate. We usually allow 5 - 10 days to deliver the machine to you once it is built.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world to any desired destination. To facilitate this process, we will provide our international customers with estimates for freight costs and timelines. This will allow you to customize your delivery options to whatever best suits your needs. Fiber Products Northwest international orders are accompanied by all the documentation required to clear customs. However, any fees or duties associated with customs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our online ordering platform uses secure socket layering (SSL), the latest technology available. Credit card information is encrypted and all credit card data is securely destroyed after the order is processed and shipped. Furthermore, we never share or sell any of our customer’s data to any vendors or third parties.
Q: What is your policy regarding custom designs?
A: Custom design orders can be submitted to Fiber Products Northwest at any time. These designs are considered confidential and will be utilized only for order production. Following design submission, Fiber Products Northwest will provide an estimated quote and time frame for manufacturing. There will be a minimum order quantity for each custom design order.
Q: Will my machine arrive undamaged?
A: We take the time to build a wooden crate and bolt the machine into the crate so that it will arrive at you location in the same condition that it left our factory.
Q: Will the machine have any special paint finish?
A: As one of the last steps in the fabrication process, we have all of our machinery sandblasted. This removes any rough edges and prepares the metal to receive the two coats of paint. Our Paint is baked onto the machine for durability. Our paint process limits the visibility of finger prints.
Q: Life Time Warranty
A: We offer a life time warranty on the frame work of the machine. The warranty covers any fabrication defects.
