Teddy Bear Stuffing Machines

We are the only company with the patent pending "blower technology." This incredible technology guarantees that our machinery will never block or clog. This will insure that your time and money will not be wasted by a clogged machine. The other stuffing machines on the market today only offer compressed air machines that clog and block easily and are considerably louder than our "blower" machines. Our stuffing machines also require less power to run than a compressed air machine and can run off of a smaller generator which adds to the ease of use in the portable stuffing machine. For example, a standard compressor machine draws 15 amps from the compressor-type teddy bear stuffing machines and must use a 2500 watt generator. Our “blower technology” machine only draws 12.5 amps and can use a 2000 watt generator. This is ideal for fairs and other venues in which all the vendors are required to share power sources. Stuffing Machinery

Fiber Products Northwest manufactures unique custom-designed teddy bear stuffing machines for both Domestic and International Countries. These machines fill teddy bears and animal plush toys with polyester fiber-fill. Our interactive teddy bear stuffers allow a person of almost any age to create his or her own stuffed animal.

The various outer shell designs for our teddy bear stuffers are unlike any currently available on the market. However, we can also manufacture custom designs based upon your company's specific needs.

Our one of a kind system utilizes a revolutionary new specialty air-blowing system. This machine is designed to allow the control of fiber flow, using our unique air blowing system with a streamlined foot pedal, enabling you to stuff your teddy bear, animal, or doll to a desired density.

These teddy bear stuffers are guaranteed never to clog or block. With our new technology, the process of filling teddy bears, animals and dolls has been taken to a new level. No other company is using our patent-pending technology, which allows your teddy bear, animal or doll to be filled as soft or as firm to cuddle as you would like. (Or anywhere in between)! All of our teddy bear stuffers use the same technology. However, we scale the system to fit each machine. We offer both large and portable machinery.

One of our specialty features is a specialty blowing chamber (included in the Train Model). In this Illuminated chamber, you can add your favorite teddy bear inserts or fiber to blow around and attract attention. Alternately, you can switch the blowing motor off and have a large teddy bear sitting in the chamber wearing a conductor's outfit to give the appearance of driving the train. This adds a further level of interaction throughout the design and stuffing process.

Our specialty KITS Stuffing Machine has a one of a kind hopper. This hopper has an opening to allow the child to put in their own fiber and then press a button to launch a wind tunnel effect, which sends their own fiber into the main hopper to fill their toy.

All of our machines come with keyed lock "kill" switch on the illuminated filling hopper for child safety. In addition, there is a safety switch that stops paddle movement if this hopper is open. These components are all of industrial grade to withstand time and are very durable.

Each machine comes with a safety certificate (issued by a certified safety consultant), a full one year warranty, an instructional manual on CD, and a 25-foot electrical cord. Additionally, all machines have wheels to assist in moving the machinery, our noise level meets safety standards, and our machine has air on demand at all times so you will never have to wait for a compressor to recoup after filling just a few bears. The operating level of our teddy bear stuffers is subdued and non-threatening.

International

We ship our machinery all over the world. A key factor for our international market is that we build the machines for your country; we do not simply convert our present machinery. We use only the best CE certified components and each teddy bear stuffer will meet your safety standards. The international market has a long list of requirements for any machinery that is imported outside of the USA. We have researched the necessary requirements to meet these safety standards and no teddy bear stuffer leaves our factory without all of these standards in place on our machines. Our machines also meet the necessary Occupational noise exposure exposure levels. This should be taken into condidered when purchasing your machine.

Blowing Technology

Fiber Products Northwest would like to introduce their new specialty air-blowing system. This ground-breaking system has revolutionized the whole concept of fiber blowing into plush toys.

Our specialty air-blowing system works flawlessly, without impellors or bearings. Machines utilizing this system are guaranteed not to clog or block. In addition, this system can fill a teddy bear in a mere 15 seconds, which is just as efficient as the filling rate for machines utilizing compressed air.

This system can be adapted to fit in any of our existing outer shells (see below) or in an outer shell designed to your specifications. Additionally, machines utilizing our system are small enough to fit into most vans and can be taken to any location for parties.

Custom features for this system include carrying handles and a new hopper (22 inches long, 16 inches wide, 14 inches tall) , which holds more fiber, allowing you to fill more teddy bears between fiber refills.
